Oh, joy of joys! The bowls season is off to a fantastic start with a friendly — and fiercely fun — competition held at Kingsfield Court!
The match took place against our wonderful sister home, Granville Gardens Care Home, and although the frost was still lingering and the spring sun was shy, the atmosphere was anything but chilly. Spirits were high as both homes brought their A-game to the "green"!
The competition? Fierce.
The fun? Off the charts.
The result? A thrilling tie — and plenty of cheering on both sides!
It was a wonderful afternoon of laughter, friendly rivalry, and community spirit. We’re already looking forward to the rematch!
